| Why is the
shopping cart empty even though I've added an item to it?

Every time this has happened to one of our
customers (including us here at Papa Razzi!) the problem has been solved
by making sure your internet browser and firewall are accepting
cookies. The checkout shopping cart uses
"cookies" to store the order. If you have your
security setting set very high, cookies will be disabled and the shopping
cart won't work properly. All you need to do is check your
browser (Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Advanced - and then allow
cookies) Also - firewall programs also have cookie controls,
so check your firewall if there are still problems. If you
still have problems, please call our hosting provider, ExpressDigital, at
888.584.0089 and they'll help you through your specific issue.

| Are previous photo events still
available?

Absolutely! Just because you don't see an
older event in our gallery or archive section - it doesn't mean it's
gone. We do have to clean up the storefront from time to time and
move older events off the website, but rest assured they aren't
gone! Papa Razzi creates
a permanent CD archive of each event as soon as it is first put on the
web, and these are stored in a safe location permanently. So - if
you have the event date, we're sure we can find your photo. We will
need to ask for a modest archive retrieval fee, but like all our pricing -
it's quite reasonable. Just email us with any request you ever have

| Why are your prices so low?

There are several reasons our
prices are so dramatically different from other professional
photographers.
At Papa
Razzi - we take pictures so that you can have access to
extremely high quality photographs of your loved ones doing the things
they love to do. Don't think we don't want to make money,
though! We still want your business - and lots of it!
But we simply don't feel you have to spend a fortune for a few
prints. We would MUCH rather leverage our low production costs
and efficiency and allow you to purchase MORE than you would be able to
purchase anywhere else. Yes, some orders are very small, sometimes a
single 5x7. But that doesn't mean your order isn't
important. EVERY order is treated with the same personal
attention.
We also recognize that we have
a lot of other things to spend our money on than photographs.
That said - we still encourage you to invest in Papa
Razzi photographs! In fact - we encourage you
to shop for yourselves, then come back and shop for the family as gifts,
then come back on those special holidays, birthdays, anniversary days,
etc.
